    I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. IT MESSED UP MY STOMACH. IT MADE ME MORE BLOATED THAN EVER. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. EVERYBODY SYSTEM IS DIFFERENT. DOES NOT HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT. THE ONLY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT IS TO EXERCISE AND WATCH YOUR DIET. Rating: 2 / 5

    Its just a plain laxative and diuretics.First day you would feel really sick and drowsy, loose a few pounds of water weight from diarrhea and have a bad headache.I dont know how it would work in a long term but surely not good for you. The only reason i can imagine ever using it would be a so bad constipation that i wouldnt care about the side effects.
